The citizens can make call to mobile numbers and official landlines number departments, officers, employee etc. Application also redirects users to send SMS to specific officers or employee. Ediary application is purely developed in Ujjain by engineers of Code Tube Software Solutions, Ujjain.
The application divide into different important categories. They are:

2. Takniki Adhikarigan
3. Office
4. Vibhag
5. Zone Karyalaya
6. Nagam Control Room etc.
